About Cool Karma Collected
Cool Karma Collected aims to integrate the ancient skills of mindfulness with contemporary Western psychology, neuroscience and medical knowledge to produce innovative and powerful programs for living well.
Our foundational course is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) within the University of Massachusetts. The course has been scientifically tested and approved and has over 30 years of compelling research and results. The program is taught worldwide and has recently been featured on the front of Times Magazine, on Oprah, practiced at Google, and talked about by numerous presenters at TED.
Due to demand we have expanded our program offerings to include workplace mindfulness programs, interpersonal mindfulness, yoga teacher trainings and leadership courses. We will continue to expand our programs to serve the community as best we can.
