Our silent retreat weekends are the perfect opportunity for anyone seeking to take their mindfulness practice to greater depths. Set with the backdrop of the breathtaking Mt Buffalo, right in the heart of Victorias Alpine Country, it’s hard not to find a greater sense of stillness and calm immediately upon arrival. 

Over the course of three days, we will explore noble silence, mindfulness practices, yoga and forest walks, be served nourishing meals and enjoy plenty of sleep. All the while we will allow you the precious resource of time and space to gain greater awareness of what’s really going on in your life, setting you up beautifully for the year ahead.
