A little about our founder, Marike Knight.
Using 20+ years of experience with evidence-based scientific techniques, Marike is a trained TRTP therapist, one of only Six fully certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitators in Australia, accredited in the neuroscience of stress, mindfulness and performance and maintains her knowledge at the forefront of the latest neuro-biology and neuro-science.
