TRTP is a process which helps turn down the volume on constant worrying, difficult emotions, unhealthy behaviours and limiting beliefs. If you want to lessen reactivity and cultivate greater calm, resilience and clarity – this is the process for you.

The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP)
My passion for TRTP comes from both my own personal experiences of the transformative effects of the process as well as consistently witnessing the transformations clients make through this dynamic and powerful process. While I also utilise many other modalities, this process is incredibly helpful in restoring the body back to a state of homeostasis. This can often be the first step or the last. It doesn’t matter where in the journey you are, everyone can do with a nervouse system reset. From there we can practice and hone all the other tools and techniques required to completely thrive in our hectic modern lives.
Over three to four session TRTP shifts you from fight/flight/freeze/Fawn to an empowered, self-regulated state. Your sympathetic nervous system is calmed and stressful memories that have been keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns are placed firmly in the past.
